The food was really good. That being said the service left a lot to be desired, especially considering it wasn't busy. We were greeted by one server after a few minutes never to see her again (apparently clearing tables is more important) the server that did end up taking care of us was friendly but never asked about our food but only came to ask if we wanted another round of beers. Great ambiance and delicious food but the servers need better training. I was a server and bartender for a decade from a sports bar to a fine dining restaurant, none of those places would accept that level of service.
Good Place for lunch, dinner, great menu good taste, excellent service
We were shopping at the mall and thai looked like a convenient option. The place is great, great service, and quite prompt. We are not big eaters so we shared lobster raviolis. They were good... not great... for me at this price range I expect a bit more in richness of taste...
I love this place the service is great the food is delicious.. will be there today I love the Happy Hours and the great atmosphere.
Decent quality of food, portions aren't too big but still pretty full afterwards. Very convenient location at the mall and nice place to catch up with friends and family.
A great option alongside the mall. The food was well prepared and the service excellent.
It's a really nice atmosphere. Pretty and well maintained. Service was really good and food was fresh. Only thing is that the food wasn't well seasoned. But otherwise just a good Italian place.
The place had a full house and kitchen wasn't able to keep up with the demand. Our bread didn't show up until main dish was almost ready. The food had great presentation and great portion size but it was a long wait.
It's a comfortable place with great food and a nice atmosphere. The table service is excellent, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. The restrooms are kept neat and orderly, and the decor suits the theme of the restaurant. Personally, I love the food here. I haven't ordered anything that wasn't my taste yet. Their menu can be a bit pricey, but for a special occasion I would take this restaurant over Cheesecake Factory any day. Our server was gracious and he went as far as creating a hot cocoa that I ordered from scratch when he found out they ran out of the drink. There's nothing I have to criticize about this restaurant really, and is a great place to try if you're looking for a more upscale meal.
Friendly service and a romantic ambiance. The food is delectable. Fantastic authentic Italian cuisine. A perfect dinner date or any formal family occasion.
Great services, food tasty 👍👍
Rip_off..we ordered calamari and received a platter with 2 pieces of calamari and the remaining pieces were batter coated jalapenos. Will not go here again.
Pretty good! Good food, great prices for the area, and generally good service. Haven't had a bad meal here.
Nice decor. Flavorful food, friendly service as well.
Very good quality food. Service was a little slow, but the place was pretty crowded, so it's understandable that things took a while.
We sat at the bar since didnt have a reservation. Service was great and food was good. Menu is s little limited and lighting is a little to bright for a nice dinner experience, but overall a good place
Good food and good service. Enjoyed the pasta and appetizers here. They also had fresh bread which was incredible with the olive oil.
Excellent service from our bartender Tim! The blackened shrimp appetizer was delicious so was the burger do not care for the fried potato chips and definitely did not care for the potato skins it was just pieces of shredded fried like nothing but everything else was sensational 😁
Always a good Italian meal to be had here. The service is above par. And the molten chocolate cake is really good if you love chocolate.
Friendly staff. Beautiful place. Very limited options for vegans/plant based eaters. A manager kindly gave me pasta and tomato sauce but the options here 'for me' doesn't really wow me. If you eat dairy or meat you will probably like it. The table bread was tasty.
Brio offers really nice Italian cuisine at very affordable prices. They bred, as a nice beginning, came out very nice and fresh and quite warm. They have a really good selection of different Italian food which was all prepared very well. I had a pasta dish that was spiced very nicely and really was well prepared. If you like garlic in your food, this is the place for you. If you don't like as much garlic you can politely ask the waiter to hold back on some of it. Like I said, this is a good place that you can get a very nice meal at a reasonable price.
My husband and I arrived on a Saturday night, so it was busy and we took that into consideration. We were told there was going to be a 10-15 minute wait. Okay fine. More people walked in with no reservation and a party of 4 or 5 and was seated immediately. Once we were seated, we were greeted with Amanda. She took our order and the food was great besides the frozen cheesecake which we could not possibly eat. Rock solid. And she insisted that it was fresh. I don’t think so, if we wanted fresh cheesecake we could have gone next door to the Cheesecake Factory. She didn’t offer to refill our drinks and didn’t seem concerned that we were not asking for much just to have our empty drinks refilled while she was too busy talking to the other men staff. Never coming back and I think this Lawrenceville location has a problem with the servers not paying attention to their customers.
Loved the service atmosphere and the food.
Chain Italian inspired restuarant. Located in a regional shopping mall.Well thought out interior with indoor and outdoor seating. Attentive staff with formal Greeter, Server etc. Open air style kitchen that sort of encourages patrons to walk by.Great Room style main dining area, full service working bar onsite as well.My lunch service was quick, prepared and served as expect with no issues.Pre meal bread was nice but lacked the "love" you would expect from the way it presents. The lobster bisque was recommend and was fine. Some issues with the Margarita(sp) Flatbread. The tomatoes were well below par, dull in color, no flavor. I know the season calls for this dish but if a quality product is not available don't serve it! The Caesar Salad was average, I have made bag Caesars that were better. My experience was good, the food just average.
Nice meal at an elegant place. It's a Brio like the others. The manager was kind and the staff made are stay pleasant. The lobster ravioli with shrimp was awesome. My pork dish was a little over cooked making it an ok meal.
Brio Tuscan grille has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The service was excellent. The food was prepared well. We arrived with a large party and no one has to wait for their food, which is s good trick in most places even with a small party.I attached pictures of a couple of dishes on the table.By the way I have to mention their sourdough bread and butter is delicious.
Atmosphere is great. The decor is very nice. I was not too enthusiastic about the food. I had the shrimp and lobster fettuccine, and it tasted good at first. By the time I ate half, it tasted just ok. Towards the end, it was meh, and I ended up not liking it, as it started to taste weird to me. Not quite sure why. It might be just me. I normally like pasta, and the fettuccine part if it was cooked perfectly. One of my forks was dirty, but since there were two, I just put the dirty one to the side. The service here on the night we went was not as good as other places we went to. One of us didn't even get water until towards the end of the meal, albeit, he did order a drink at first. The waiter did ask how everything was towards the end, but didn't really look towards me, so although I wanted to tell him about the fork, it just seemed like too much effort, as I had decided by then to not go back there.
Good food... slow service; in nutshell. Loved their chicken flatbread and spicy shrimp on fried eggplant (appetizer menu). Don’t miss their vegetarian minestrone soup!
The service here was great! Our server was extremely friendly. While the restaurant is a bit expensive, it was well worth it. The waiter gave us some great suggestions. The only negative was that they ran out of most of the items, but we also came on Monday at 9 pm, so it was pretty much empty. I recommend this restaurant whether you are in the Princeton area or any other location where Brio is present.
